Teleperformance Jaipur - Forcefully terminated

My work is from home. In Amazon process, I was forcefully called to the office. When I did not come, my ID was stopped to harass me so that I come to the office. When I asked my manager about my Shift time is compeletd or not, he neither gave me any information nor used to give me any information about my week off and process details and then I was blamed to come to the office. They din't give any leave on elections and they asked election is not important this comapny is important. This time they suddenly took it off and when I asked my trainer and some managing departments, they said that you are work from home so you have to do your work and loged in your shift time , hence I logged in and they blamed me that it was my mistake. Whereas the department gave me wrong information due to which the policy was breached and I was forcefully written a termination letter and when I told my trainer that it was not my fault sir, they called me a liar and together they expelled me. And in the Amazon process of Teleperformance, the entire department has a dirty mind and looks at the girls there as they are a thing. .and they Abusing each other and demeaning the associate so much that he himself loses his job. I request you to please help me regarding this issue.
