Divadeal.in - Forcefully delivered the product after I cancelled it within 15 mins of placing the order.

Hi Team,

I had ordered a hair remover from Divadeal on **nd Sept,**. My order number is DD*****. After just ** mins, I cancelled my order as the negative reviews came to my notice for DivaDeal. However, when I dropped the mail for cancellation (as per their policy), the support team (Mr Angad Singh), replied after a day i.e on **rd Sept, saying that they have shipped the order and now it cannot be cancelled.
Would like to also highlight that the product that I had ordered for, was picked up from DivaDeal at **th Sept itself for delivery, which means the support team (Mr Angad Singh) lied to me that they have shipped the order on **nd Sept itself that too within ** mins of me placing the order.
When I replied him back as to how come they shipped the order within ** mins of me placing the order, there was no reply from their side till date. I have been following up over mail for this cheating behavior and rude attitude, however, there is no response from their side.
Also, apart from mail, there is no alternative that I could find to contact them and mail is of no use to me as they don't reply. Today I am forced to raise this as an issue as I have received the order that I had placed and cancelled for. Also, I saw a lot of complaint regarding the product itself, that they deliver only the product body without the battery and charger, its not at all of good quality etc. Looking at these comments only, I had cancelled my order.
Can anyone here please help me get my money back? Attaching screenshots for ordering and cancellation mail, and the shipment details message, that I received on **th Sept.
