Apollo Cradle - Forceful stay for medical treatment

I am having recurring fever from quite some time now. I was consulting with Doctor in Apollo Hospitals, Sector ** (Arvind Medicare Pvt. Ltd.). I have gone through multiple tests in the last couple of months (worth **k approx.), but the root cause of fever was still unknown. The doctor asked me to get admitted in the hospital for ** hours so that he can order more tests to find the root cause and since I am covered in Corporate TPA he will make a case and get it covered from there and you do not have to pay from your pocket.
As per his advice, I got admitted to the hospital on the *th of July **** and I started feeling more sick due to unnecessary pricks and fluids. I was not aware of what the test is being done except the CT and ultrasound. I even asked why same ultrasound test again as we did this last month but he answered nothing as he might be thinking that TPA will pay this. Also for the CT scan, I had to pay cash of *k at Modern Diagnostic as CT Scanner was not working at their hospital.
Lab tests worth **k has been repeated with no reason. On *th of July ****, I asked the doctor to discharge me but he replied no stay for today as anyway it is getting covered from TPA. I insisted for release as all the test were conducted but he asked me to stay for no reason.
TPA has sent a query on the evening of *th July **** even I followed up multiple times to revert on the query but it not been answered till the evening of *th July ****.
For obvious reasons, TPA got declined. Then I wanted to talk to the doctor but he did not respond well, even after multiple tries no response.
After a long discussion with hospital officials, they allowed me to leave for home on the evening of *th of July **** after partial payment without formal discharge sheet and bills.
Next day on *th of July **** I met with Medical Superintendent and Finance Manager, they assured will assist and revert in a day or two time, instead, I got a call from hospital officials that my bill is settled and I can collect them. But actually I was not expecting this rather I was expecting refund in full and compensation of time and pain I went during my hospitalization. Still, I went ahead and talked to Finance person and then he said nothing can be done further as the bill is already settled.

Final Bill – Rs. *****/-
The amount I Paid – Rs. *****/- (including CT Scan for *k)
Please find the enclosed bills. Let me know if more documents required. I went through physical pain and burden of bills which is causing mental stress. Please help me.
