Guvi Geek Network Private Limited - Forced EMI for Unused Course and Denial of Cancellation

I enrolled in a Mechanical CAD course from GUVI Geek Network Private Limited and paid ₹*** as initial amount and ₹**** as first EMI through Propelld.

I have not attended a single class or accessed any course content since enrollment.


I requested cancellation within a reasonable time and clearly informed the company that I do not wish to continue under any circumstances. However, GUVI denied the cancellation citing internal policies and is forcing continuation through EMI.

They are offering alternatives such as course switch, batch switch, or hold, which I have explicitly declined multiple times.

Propelld, the financing partner, has refused to intervene or provide any resolution, stating they cannot take action.

As a result, I am being forced to continue EMI payments for a service I have not used and do not intend to use, which is causing financial stress.

I am willing to forgo the amount already paid but do not want any further EMI deductions.

I request:
*. Immediate cancellation of my enrollment
*. Closure of the loan associated with Propelld
*. Confirmation that no further EMIs or charges will be applied

This situation reflects unfair practice as I am being held financially liable without availing any service.
