I have ordered Roses from Archiesonline.com with same day delivery on **:** PM. To get more clarity of the delivery i whatsapp them on their whatsapp customer care number which told me that my order is confirmed and will be delivered before *.** PM. So i asked them to cancel my order as delivering at *.**PM was not feasible for me. One one replied on for this cancellation( I have screen shot of chat as well). Then i emailed their customer service email for cancelling my order. No one replied to email as well. Then i call their customer service number many times but no one picked my call. So in the end i thought i have to receive order so i waited till *:** PM. No one reached on delivery address. As it was special day for me i cannot be waiting for Roses on same place whole day. i got call from delivery boy at *.** PM that he is at door for delivery. I denied to take delivery as i was not worth and i intimated them about cancelled well in advance by all means. Delivery boy denied return and then after * hour ( *.** PM ) i got call from same customer care number which was not picking my call then they cannot cancel same day delivery order as it was against their policy. I asked them for policy but no one emailed me policy rather they send apology email without refund. I have added screenshot of their policy which say if cancel order before dispatch they will refund me. But no one is taking any action for this.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
