Bsnl fiber broadband - For withdrawal of connection

Himanshu Agrawal filed complaint against Bsnl fiber broadband on Jan 31, 2022

I am trying to surrender my connection of BSNL Fiber through their portal but they are saying I have to visit their office and I am not in the city so they are saying they will continue their connection and without using their services I have to pay bills.
Surprisingly they can provide connection through online request but they can not surrender by online request this is very unprofessional as well as against the consumer rights.
So can you help me on this?
