Travolook in - For Refundable

I have booked two ticket one of spice jet and second one indigo same place my flight on **th of June **** from Gorakhpur to Bangalore and this was cancelled by them and they have informed by call that I will getting my refund within * to ** working day's but Today its **days are over and i did not got my refund back after giving many reminder through mail and almost **-** calls.

BookingRef Spice jet :- REF********* and par details XIDNYX reason for cancellation flight rescheduling And spice jet payment already done to the travolook but they are telling me lies
