I have paid ****/- rupees on snapyshopping for A* Size paper by pay u gateway on **/**/****. Shopping Id- ******* and Transaction Id- ***********. But seller not taking interest on email, his mobile no blocked. Pay u not taking response , he is saying that transaction is successful , he is not responsible for dispatch goods or refund. Please help me.
