Dear Sir
I, Kapil Raj filed a complaint against nestra capital. I had paid Rs.***** to nestra capital for their services but they make fake commitments and i only used their services only for ** days from * month plan. The company made me losses of aprrox Rs***** from there services. I am a student , i borrowed the amount to purchase their services but the company did not fulfill any of their commitments. My refund amount is approx Rs***** after removing GST but the company says they only pay Rs*****. And the company pressurise me that the company also file legal case on me. Sir please help me to get refund even after deducting used ** days company services charges.
