Rayon printed anarkali kurta from Meesho - For refund of my return

I have ordered women's rayon printed anarkali kurta pant with cotton dupatta (order I'd. ************) on ** March and the order delivered on **th March. And I received a totally wrong/different product . I request to return the product on **th March and the delivery boy was return picked up on **th March, but after ** hours of return picked up of my order the refund was not initiated and i have check the meesho application and it show's the return for this order failed in quality check and has been cancelled. I again request a exchange order but also cancelled. I again and again request a return order but it's failed. Afterall I contact meesho help centre about to this but no response,I again contact meesho help centre but they not solve my problem and where is my return product and money not refunded as yet
