I had ordered a shoes worth Rs **** from Addidas India. received on **-**-**
Because of the incorrect size issue I had returned the product the process was completed and product was picked up on *th October and was received by Addidas warehouse **th October. The company policy was to start the refund process within * to ** days.
But because of the quality check no being updated by Addidas team.till today process of refund has not started and I have not received a single repee refund from Addidas India.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
