Techno India Foundation - For refund my Tuition fee Rs

I take admission in M.Arch through online send by Monideepa Madam as Counselor on **/**/**** and pay tuition fee through NEFT to Techno India University Kolkata.
On **/**/**** their HOD says that they have M.Arch in Urban Design course and hence I decide to cancell my admission .
On **/**/**** I send an email through my registered email id for cancellation and refund my tuition fee.
They still not refund and no reply found form the above said University.
I therefore raise an issue for refund my tuition fee along with compensation as per rule for delayed .
Please take necessary action for my refund.
