I placed an order for high neck sweater on ** October **** and it's been ** days and I haven't got my order yet in fact when I asked them about when my order will be dispatched they replied to me so rudely telling me why am I texting them again and again I never got my tracking ID whenever I ask them they don't reply to my DM or just tell me I'll get it coming week I haven't got it yet
