मैंने इंस्टग्राम पर एक ऐड देख कर समान ऑनलाइन मंगवाया था . समान लेने से पहले मेरी कंपनी के साथ फोन पर बात हुई थी के अगर आपको हमारा प्रोडक्ट पसंद नहीं आता तो आप ईसे वापिस कर सकते हैं और हम आपके पैसे रिफंड कर देंगे. समान लेने के बाद समान घटिया निकला तो मैंने उनके साथ बात की के मुझे ये समान वापिस करना ह ये तो उन्होंने मुझे एक ईमेल दिया और बोलै के इसेपे ईमेल कर दो. मैं २ बार ईमेल कर चूका हु और कंपनी का अब तक कोई रिप्लाई नहीं aya और न ही वो अब मेरा फ़ोन उठा रहे है.
