Reliance trends Bangalore - For not informing me of the offers

I always purchase my clothes from Reliance trends. My complete wardrobe is Reliance trends. But I never get updates on offers. I was waiting for the *, *** free one purchase of ****. I visited the outlet last week to find of there were any offers but was informed there were non. Last Saturday the offer was released and I received the information via sms on the last day of the offer I.e. ** June **** at **.** am by then I was not in town. If I had known about the offer on the day it was released I would have purchased. I ardent fan of Reliance trends but this treatment hurt me a lot.
