I enrolled in a Full Stack Web Development course with Pantech.ai and later requested a refund due to my inability to continue. My initial refund request was acknowledged, and on April *, ****, I was informed that the matter had been forwarded to the management team.

However, since then, I have received no response or update despite multiple polite follow-ups. On April **, I sent a formal escalation email requesting an immediate resolution within ** hours, but that too was ignored. It has now been several weeks with no communication or refund.

This behavior is highly unprofessional and feels like intentional negligence or a possible scam. I am seeking immediate action for:

Full refund of the course fee paid

An official written response from the company regarding this delay

I request the concerned authorities to take immediate steps to ensure that my refund is processed without any further delay. If this issue is not resolved soon, I will be compelled to seek further legal action and share my experience publicly to warn others.
