I booked air india ticket from mumbai to madurai on *st of april through this website.got sime offers and the ticket booked .within ** t* **mins my ticket got cancelled the customwrcare team called me and told my ticket got cancelled due to fare difference .till now my amount not refunded.yesterday customercare team called me and told rhat your money is not processing to your given acc. Do we have give some vouchers within **hrs via mail and the vouchers can be used at any time for the next flight booking.but the voucher is not received till now
