Jvvnl Rajasthan - For generating incorrect electricity bill

I am from jaipur.
During lockdown i left jaipur and i came to the bikaner since **st march till now.
Jvvnl generate firstly bill of rs *** for * unit consumption.
As clearly mentioned in bill previous month reading was **** and present month reading is ****, means * unit consumed.
For this i made complaint at bijlimitra app but not solved then i did tweet to the @jvvnlccare, they asked me for meter pic, for this i went jaipur on **th may nd forward them a puc of meter clearly showing reading ****. They revised my bill and generate new bill of amount *** rs, means they increased my bill by rs *** at * unit consumptions.
Still they didnt clarify why they generate these bills of rs *** and *** at * unit consumption.
Please let me help to fix it.
