Airway Broadband Service Private Limited - Fooling the customer

This complaint is regarding PC Care Technologies and it's negligence. I have been a customer with PC Care from around * months out of which from * months I have been facing a serious disruption of service from PC Care's end. The unique aspect of the problem was that it occured prominently during the first ** days of the month which turned out to be the billing cycle for them too. After constant complaint, in the month of March, Miss **** one of the senior from PC Care promised that if the same problem persisted the bill amount will be waived off. The same problem occurred and I emailed them stating the same conversation.
PC Care treats its customer with utmost disrespect that not only have they replied to my email but have also disconnected my connection stating that I haven't paid the bill yet.
With Work From Home persisting, I have faced a huge loss in my work due to the negligence of PC Care. The amount if quantifiable will be even more than annual subscription for PC Care.
I would urge the authorities to take relevant and stricter actions so that the customers are not fooled over the bossiness of such organization and their foul promises.
