I ordered a specatles through lensfit.com a month ago n after receiving the product the arc length it was bend and I noticed that lens r completely into the frame and left side of the lens it had broken and I have informed them no proper response and after * days I started seeing scratches and I didn't use those glasses and I informed from that till now no response I have mailed n in instagram also I have messaged them but still no reply and I have called them there also no reply
