I would like to draw an Urgent Attention to the type of service and quality of food received for ab EatClub Member.
I have placed an order(#HIP*RNZ) from Mojo App and was shown a delivery period of **-** Minutes, although the Outlet is Hardly *** Meters away from my Location.
However the order came up much late than displayed time, close to an hour’s time.

Order Receiving Time: *:**AM
Even after getting a delayed order i have received an Uncooked Pizza Boxes and Garlic Bread which added my pain as i could not eat any of them being uncooked and completely flat with toppings hardly seen.
I reached out to the customer support team and reported the matter, i was offered Rs*** as a Mojo Credit however even after multiple requests full refund was denied. When i asked the customer care team member for their supervisor name, details, and to forward the chat to him/her, it was simply ignored and replied stating please mark an email.
I am an EatClub Member since a long time now, and i have been penalised with a partial amount for an Order which i could not eat at all.
I would request your help in resolving this Issue.
