Karim s - Food Quality

Staff behaviour at Karim's Bodhgaya restaurant is very pathetic. Food is tasteless and not fresh. When complained about it they said it is as it is. In the name of chicken barra they served chicken fry and Mughlai served there was not exact Mughlai but they said we cant help we call it Mughlai as if we haven't eat at Karim's at different branches earlier. We haven't touched the food and paid the whole bill. They said we have to pay, they dont know anything. Staff don't know how to talk with customers. Hospitality and food is pathetic. Never had this experience earlier with any other restaurant.
