Narendran S filed complaint against Taco bell on May 21, 2026
I have ordered for tacos for *** rupees from my wife’s mobile around **.** PM(**th May ****). The delivery executive said that he was waiting for so long time to pick up the order and he connected with the restaurant and they said that the restaurant is closed. I waited more than an hour and I tried reaching the restaurant, the mobile was switched off. Later now, the swiggy representative told me that i am not able to reach the restaurant.
I have few questions.
*. Why the restaurant accepted the order when they are not capable to serve.
*. No proper response from Swiggy for promoting their brand. Instead they provided refund. But I requested for compensation/explanation and they never did.
I need a compensation either from swiggy/restaurant. Whomsoever fault it may be.
