jomato - food not delivered

I ordered a cake from jomato on dt. **.**.**** to my home address. But after * hour cake not received by me than i asked to zomato for delivery then jomato says your address not found. I have ordered food at my address so many time and received without any problum. after this jomato cancel my order and inform me that no refund given to you.I feel very depressed at that time and arrenged a cake from other shop.now i want my refund.
