Sai Vivek Neralla filed complaint against Swiggy and subway on Apr 18, 2019
I placed an order from Swiggy for subway around **:** pm. I have ordered * subs which cost me around *** Rupees. I have waited till ** and after I raised an issue. They said the delivery executive was trying to call me which is untrue as when I tried to call him it never connected. After the customer care called me twice and said the same thing. I went and waited on the road and still, he wasn't there. I waited till **:** and the customer executive was straight up lying she said that there was a delay due to traffic and then she said the order was still being prepared. When I asked for a refund she said it was cash on delivery so I won't be getting any refund. When I showed her the proof of payment she started apologizing and later she asked if I wanted a refund and before I could answer she closed the chat window.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
