I have ordered Mutton Biriyani + Haleem combo pack on Saturday (**-**-****) for Rs.***. When I opened the pack I found that they delivered only Mutton Biriyani and Haleem is Missing. When I enquired about this they said they will check CCTV and let me know But no one called me. So After * days when I called them again, they said it is escalated to their kitchen team and they are not going to pay anything for me in return. I felt it is not acceptable because if they do the same for ** consumers per day will leads to Rs.**** profit per day and for month it is around *,**,***. So please take necessary action against Behrouz Biriyani.
