The delivery boy from Uber eats did not reach my location/gate and turned on the timer. He did not call me. He was a street away from my location. I called him and he denied to come to my location. Uber charged for this and did not provide a solution for this problem. It happened twice for me. I did not get food and Uber took the amount. I have a screenshot of the location of the driver. This is how Uber does fraud.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
