Burger Singh - Food Not delivered even not after 1 30 hours

My Order must get delivered within ** Minutes but it after *.** hours when it is not get delivered I connected with customer care, I got connect with chat agent - chirenjeet and he is too unprofessional and rude. He is not even answering my question I ask * Time to get Connected with Supervisor but he deny. He is too rude. Swiggy just give me mental Torture , my Time , my office productivity and the agent is too rude not evening helping me out. I need solution
