I had ordered through burger king app order id :UV*Q*II*X*,store name:RMZ Galleria, Bengaluru at **:**pm . The order has not been delivered as it showed that it is been preparing and I waited for more than * hours and the store didn't even pick the call saying incoming calls are not available on this number and I have already made the online payment and I waited and saw till *:** pm it showed still it is preparing and now it is showing that it is already delivered but we haven't received the food at all and I have already mailed to customer care more * to * times but still didn't get any proper response from them. this is the worst response from any online food apps
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
