INTERNATIONAL COURIER POINT - Food items damaged add expenses due to delay

"Shipment food items & pooja items, ** kgs booked on **.**.**** to ct, the USA for my granddaughters Annaprasana on **.**.****. They assured to reach within * days. Shipment dispatched on **.**.****. Food items damaged & pooja items purchased again at the USA. They also not given computer-generated receipt manual bill only. They said they will send a message. I have not received any message. Daily I contacted them after * days. They misguided me every day within half an hour it will reach. I am claiming for food items damage cost & pooja samagri again purchased in us dollars at the USA.
