Respected Sir,
Me with my family and friends have booked A * star paciano riverside resort situated at gorubathan,Manabari ,west bengal for family outing and entertainment on **th april **** for a one day stay..We had experienced too much unhygienic fooding quality . We had ordered a Chinese veg combo , instead we were served with Chinese non veg combo. As the waiter presented the food bill for having a sign ,It was mention Chinese chicken combo instead of veg. We found ourself lucky enough for bill being presented for sign or else we would have eaten the food served. We just requested for the change , which was also replaced by the hoteliers without any discussions and we too had no issue at all.
Out of we * couple only one couple and his family were non vegetarian who ordered their non veg food only in their respected room No *** at **:**pm on **th of april ..Than after watever we ordered were entirely and purely veg food ..
We than order our pure veg dinner at around *:**pm ,which was served to us at around **pm in our room No.***..Entire dinner was served in the room but we had our dinner at around **:**pm.We were in total **persons with *adults and * children.
Sir as being pure vegetarian till date we have not had an egg also but a piece of bone was found while chewing the food.This really shocked us and have complained about the same to the resort management team.we had a long long discussion for almost *hrs on **th morning starting from **:**am till **:** am on **th morning.We kept on requesting them to present us our fooding bill with in written stating a bone was found in a pure vegetarian food , we also requested the team to plz kindly do give us in written in your firm letter head or else plz do stamp and sign on the bill itself.They kept us ignoring saying we dont have letter pad ,,we don't have stamp..we than again requested them to plz give us in written that you don't have a letter head or a stamp.We were again ignored.At last we had no other choice rather than taking a copy of bill with apology in written on the bill itself.
It was a three star category resort where they are charging too high for the entire food according to the requirements and according to the fooding menu..We had no issue with watever they are charging but accordingly why the heygine is not maintained,,why the safety precautions for different fooding type is not been taken..Now if this is the case than I can also assume that watever fried items we have consumed have been fried in the same edible oil which is also used for frying non veg items..
Why people choose *star or *star or *star category ,This is because safety and heyegine concerns are the topmost priority for all..There are so many non veg items which every non veg human being don't have,,wat if some avoidable non veg has been served to a person who never ever dreamed of having such item.Wat if any non vegetarian have a non veg food , which in his/Her dharm/religion is not allowed at all..How will he/she feel if such an item is being chewed and suddenly its been recognized.
Lastly we have almost forgiven them for watever happened as the entire members apologized for the same..we than checked out the resort and were to the reception for clearing all our pending Dues.. while clearing the bill we just requested yo wave off the dinner bill which was just for rs **** ..Receptionist called up the manager Mr Abhijeet Haldar for the confirmation..On his arrival mr abhijeet was too much rude to us for watever happened last nite,,He directly questiond us saying the food was serverd to you at around **pm and you had complained us at around **:**am ,, which is not valid at all..We were shocked listening to his question ,,I too questioned him saying its my food for which i am paying to you and its my wish at wat time should we have our dinner..Mr abhijeet stated that, the bone can come in any type of food and threaten us saying either pay the bill without any further discussion or else I am calling the security..
instead of apologizing and understanding the situtation as the rest staff members did he was very very much rude to us as if he was serving us for free..
There was his friend along with Mr abhijeet who understood the situtation and was trying to make him understand for giving a **% less on the food ..That was his genourisity but was not accepted by Us ,as we were not the beggers at their doorstep.
Respected Sir our entire trip got spoiled and were threaten ..We and our entire fren with family and children request yourgoodself to plz do look into the matter so that some sort of edicates can be taught to the so called manager Mr Abhijeet Haldar as we ustomers are the bread and butter for them,,They are their to serve us as we do pay them a huge amount for serving us with gud facilities and hygenic Food..Plz plz Do take the needful steps as further something like this don't happen to others..
