Swiggy And Hitech Bawarchi Gachibowli - Food delivered by Swiggy is stale food and half eaten

I ordered Chicken Biryani on **th June **** at **:** pm from swiggy from hotel Hitech-Bawarchi which is located in gachibowli Hyderabad. Order id: ***********. I got stale chicken piece half eaten and when I complained to them about this in twitter they said they we will send replacement chicken biryani and then when they have sent replacement food again I received the stale half-eaten a chicken piece. So swiggy is delivering stale half-eaten food to customers and getting away with this and also Hitech-Bawarchi is also a culprit for selling the food to customers. I am raising this complaint because I think it's not right and no one has any right to sell stale half-eaten yesterdays food to customers. I am attaching a photo of both the items together for reference.
