Lemon tree hotel hubli - FOOD BILL WRONGLY CHARGED

I stayed at Lemon tree hotel in Hubli on **nd- **rd Apr**. The front office manager, Mr.Govind Singh was all nice and good till i entered the hotel. I had one dinner at their chinese restaurant, Memories of Noodles, and they overcharged the bill by a hefty amount extra. I came to know during check out early morning and he requested me to pay the full bill and refund of wrong bill will be done within a day. I am now struggling for * weeks now and the whole team is not responding and trying to cheat their way through
