Van heusen - Fluffy tshirt

I had bought a winter shirt from Van Heusen store which is located in Najibabad district Bijnor Uttar Pradesh and that shirt was also under warranty but when I went to return it, your manager is not returning it nor does he talk properly. and it's been ** days since I claimed it and this is my bill no ************ and I took it on **th December from your store and I have used it only * times and it failed and your manager did not return it doing and this is my best experience with your brand
