This is regarding order #*********.
I have ordered flowers and it was scheduled to be delivered on **th February **** but it was not delivered and till now it is showing as out for delivery.
Customer service is worst they will not reply you and there is no option you will get any refund.
Worst flower delivery website I would advise never order from this as there is no one to take up ownership. Customer service will say that is has been delivered but you will neither get your order nor you will be getting any refund.
Plus to that they will ruin your special day as well.
BULLSHIT CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!
