I had ordered for flowers and chocolates from the web site https://www.myflowertree.com. The cost of the same was paid online. But they failed to deliver. I called the contact numbers and emails in the website but there was no response. There is no option to cancel the same for refund. This has caused me mental tension and disturbance.
