Hi ,
I have placed order to arena flower online to deliver flowers where I paid the amount which was mentioned while pacing the order .
On the time of delivery customer care calling and asking addition*** as handling charge due to location is in outskirt .
While placing the order I have already paid the handling charge then again asking is not correct.
Also when I asked to refund they are not doing it and very adamant with behaviour .
They have spoiled my day . please look into this
