Hey hi,This is to inform you that i bought a mobile phone from Flipkart on July -**-****, after * day i got a front glass broken phone with unsealed box.(Samsung s*) then i asked for replacement they replaced my phone with another unit and got internal problem they said no there is no problem inside the phone, As this company is sending technicians at your place and if you talking about technicians they are very rude people. They bad with there technical skills, don’t know how to talk, and after * VISITS at my place the technician created a report without even touching my phone second time said no every thing is fine i diagnosed it and fix the problem then n there itself as he never took my phone for such things. Then i took this to the Samsung authorised service centre for checkup and they agreed yes there is a problem inside the phone. So, this is how #Flipkart is making you fool. and now they are not even taking it back.
