Flipkart travel - Flipkart travel not refunding amount after full refund from Airlines
PRASANT filed complaint against Flipkart travel on Apr 9, 2021
I hv booked one flight ticket in a hurry in flipkart travel for my wife. Unfortunately the flight layover was high, due my wife’s pregnancy, i don’t want to take the risk.. Immediately i called vistara and explained about the scenario.They cancelled the flight ticket with full refund. Twitter also they replied of full refund. When i called flipkart customer care many times, seems they hv no interest of refundable. Keep on extending the dates with no resolution. I feel clueless now. Kindly advise.
