Flipkart travel - Flipkart Travel is not refunding the amount even after promising on mail and call

Didn't receive the refund for a canceled flight for booking number -->FF************* (Flight canceled by the airline on March month) This has been now * months of continuous reminders and *** of mail communication, but even after agreeing to refund also they stopped communicating. Attaching the file where they agreed to refund but no refund received till now.
