Flipkart travel - Flipkart travel Flipkart travel is not refunding my money for cancelled flight

i've booked flight on march **** of spicejet surat to goa travel date **th march **** and indigo goa to surat travel date *th april **** via Flipkart travel booking id FF*************. but due to covid both flights cancelled and both airlines confirmed with me that thay already refunded amount to travel agency flipkart travel. but, this flipkart travel is not refunding my money. I am taking followup from last * months and everytime thay says the escalation team will call with in ** hours. but, I am not getting their calls. I think this flipkart travel is fraud company and not want to refund money. every two days I am getting sms from flipkart says it is taking too longer and wait for these day and time. and on that day and time I am getting new sms and says same again new date and time. this is happening from last six months. I called flipkart travel customer care more than fifty times and sent them mail more than fifty. but no response received
