Hello Sir/ Madam,
I have purchased a Marq AC by Flipkart on April **th and the Order id is "OD******************". After * months of minimal usage, the AC stops working and the product is still under a warranty period of * year from Jeeves Consumer Service. It is an H** communication issue in the inverter AC and after multiple calls technician visited my location twice and took the photos but fail to repair it. After a few days, the technician dialed us saying the outdoor card is burned and may take a little more time to fix it. After multiple emails and calls, they say it can't be repaired under warranty. It is really disappointing that the AC is only * months old and I believe we got a defective product. I need a replacement or a refund for the product.
