Flipcart - Flipkart is not returning faulty product

On *th august **** I had purchased a water purifier of Hindware from Flipkart with order no OD******************. Invoice no: FABBKW**********Dt: *-*-****. Invoice amt ****/-.The product is Hindware Calisto *ltr RO+UV+UF. After the delivery on *th aug I received a message from Hindware that a call no WPI******* has been raised for the installation. (Please note, the call number or call ID is an important reference here as they are using it to cheat me). On **th august a technician visited my place and found the material is defective as water was leaking at the time of installation. He told me to return the product and he closed the call. On the same day I raised a return request. Surprisingly I have received a message from flipkart containing same call ID WPI******* that a technician visit has been scheduled on **th aug **** to confirm the material is faulty. But on that day no one visited my place and my return was cancelled. When I call Flipkart they told me that the seller hindware has given a feedback that the material has successfully installed and issue has been resolved. I told them that this is fake information. However flipkart again generated a return request and the same call number was generated and again the same thing happened on **th august. My return was cancelled for *nd time. I called them and told them that they are cheating me using same call number. However this process followed and my return was cancelled for *rd time. I repeatedly told them no technician is visiting my place. Flipkart or hindware used same call number to cheat me. When fourth time the return was generated and again they give me same call number I pressed flipkart to generate a new call ID from hindware. Then they gave me a new call ID WPR***** on *st sept. On the same day a technician visited my place and confirmed that the material is faulty. To be sure I called Hindware on their toll free number *********** and they told me that the technician remarked that the material is faulty. Despite of this surprisingly my return was cancelled and flipkart told me that they received a feedback from Hindware that issue has been resolved. On **th September flipkart called me and again generated a return request with amecall ID WPR***** and confirmed me that this time my return would not be cancelled. On **th September my fifth return request has also been cancelled on the ground of fake information that the issue has been resolved.
Last one month I called flipkart *** of times, talked with them, told them how flipkart is using same call number to cheat me. This is a very serious matter as flipkart is cheating me and misleading me for the last one month. Please look into this matter.
