Flipkart Internet Private Limited - Flipkart is delaying my return again and again

Biggest mistake of my life is order from flipcart. Totally shit service.
I had ordered Adidas shoes from flipcart and received it on *rd oct,****, size is small. I put request for return of *ht oct and the promised date was *th oct. No one came or no message received for pickup. Then my calls started, I put a complaint. The pickup was on *th, I received the message. I called delivery boy for requesting him to pick my package. Even I asked that I will came wherever he is. But then I called him like ** times, no response. On *pm, my return request cancelled with reason that item mismatch. He didn’t even came and said its mismatch. What the hell is that.

Now, after *-* complaints item is due for return, still no one is coming to pick it up. I am totally fed up with flipcart shit service. If this continues ** days of my return policy will complete. And I will be stuck with small size shoes and money hard earned money wasted.

and all the customer executives I have call. They just say it not in there hands, they can’t do anything.
They can’t solve it, they why the hell they are even hired for. Just to sit and earn salary.
