Flipkart com and Jeeves co in - Flipkart com Jeeves Extended Warranty breach

I had purchased VU (** Inch LED TV) from flipkart.com and took extended warranty for * year ,their extended warranty partner is a company called JEEVES , my TV stopped functioning on *stJan **** and on the same day I claimed my extended warranty , ever since neither flipkart.com nor JEEVES is resolving my issue , they promised to fix it with in ** Days but now its almost * months , I also requested for refund but they are simply dragging , I have series of false promising emails from jeeves and flipkart.com.

Please intervene and resolve .
Please check this below link ,both of their intentions are not good , its not just me , it seems many more are victims of Flipkart.com and Jeeves.
