yash filed complaint against Travel Look on Feb 23, 2021
Was Bookng flight ticket from travel look but due to their server issue ticket was not booked but payment was deducted and now More then one month pass but still not received the amount. had call them *-* times every time same answer will be processed but still not received.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
