Bookotrip India Private Limited - Flights tickets amount not refunded on flight cancellation

I had booked my flight Go Airlines tickets via Book o trip.com, subsequently the flight got cancelled and the Airlines have refunded the amount to the agent i.e. Book o trip, but inspite of constant mails and innumerable calls the amount has not been refunded. The contact no. Given in the website is invalid and no one is responding to the emails.
