Goibibo And Indian Airlines - Flight tickets cancelled by Airline no info or refund from either agent or airline

Booked one-way flight tickets BLR-BBI on AI-*** with Goibibo booking ID TUAVWBV*W and PNR ZDBEZ on Feb **, ****. But after the lockdown was lifted and I was looking to fly on July *, I found that the airline has cancelled without any notice whatsoever and I was supposed to get refund from Goibibo. But Goibibo's customer care helpline and chat support is unable to solve my issue. I had to pay nearly ***** to book tickets again at short notice. :(
