Complaint Details:
I booked an AirAsia flight through Booking.com. The airline later rescheduled the flight and offered the option to cancel for a full refund. I chose to cancel, and Booking.com confirmed the cancellation on **st October ****, stating that the refund would be credited to my original payment method within ** working days.
It has now been well beyond the promised timeline, and the refund has still not been processed.
Since the delay began, I have contacted Booking.com multiple times via their live chat (their only available support option). Each time, I was told that the refund will be processed, but no timeline or concrete update has ever been provided. When I contacted AirAsia directly, they confirmed that the refund responsibility lies solely with Booking.com.
Despite repeated follow-ups, Booking.com has neither issued the refund nor given any clarity, leaving me financially affected and without resolution. I am filing this complaint to request urgent action to recover my refund from Booking.com.

We have booked a Room with AC at the Scandic PArk Hotel, Helisinki through Booking.com. However, the hotel declined to offer a AC room . The Hotel also asked for additional payment for a AC room
