Dear All,
Yesterday I have received full refund of my cancelled ticket as a credit note.
But credit note has certain limitations.
As per present scenario my family is not interested to make plan again next months due to pandemic of COVID-** & other conditions.
So I insist to you that please refund full amount in my bank account on immediate basis.
You cannot impose conditions on customer to travel again.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
